About The Role
We have a new position for an experienced, energetic, Store Manager or 2IC to assist in setting up and to manage at our new site in SA. We want you to have fun whilst doing what you do best.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3‑5 years retail management experience.
Your daily duties will involve but not be limited to:
* Working to achieve KPI's and exceeding sales targets
* Building rapport and effective relationships with customers & staff
* Being self‑motivated and able to work autonomously
* Lead a team to positive success
* General admin, inventory management and operational duties
* A true understanding of business & staff management
* Flexibility to work a set or rotational roster - with some weekend availability
* Critical to your success will be an understanding of managing a store and team, understanding of the sales process with the ability to engage customers whilst guiding them through the selection process from first contact to closing the sale.
