About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Manager in Adult Community Mental Health Services. This challenging and rewarding position involves managing a diverse caseload of adults with complex mental health challenges.
Working closely with psychiatrists and other specialists, you will deliver recovery-focused, strengths-based case management to help clients enhance their wellbeing and functionality in the community.
Collaboration is key; you will work closely with clients, families, and various service providers to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and guiding junior staff, ensuring professional development and quality initiatives throughout the team.
