The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily office operations and maintain a professional, efficient workplace
* Lead, mentor, and support the administration team, providing guidance and performance oversight
* Allocate workflow and ensure deadlines and service standards are consistently met
* Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships
* Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal communications
* Support finance administration (invoicing, purchase orders, expense management)
* Assist with HR administration including onboarding coordination and record management
* Review and improve administrative processes and procedures
* Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
About You
* Proven experience in an Office Manager, Practice Manager, or Senior Administration leadership role
* Demonstrated experience supervising or leading an administration team
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Confident communicator with a professional and approachable leadership style
* Strong Microsoft Office capability (experience with finance/HR systems advantageous)
* Proactive, solutions‐focused, and comfortable working autonomously
