About the Role As a Lead Gardener, you'll be responsible for ensuring our client's standards of garden maintenance are met and exceeded. We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and motivated Lead Gardener to work on various locations and be part of a passionate team. Responsibilities Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices. Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions. Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities. About You Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens OR minimum 3 years hands on experience in a similar role Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain White Card Valid Drivers' license (Manual preferred) Team player with excellent communication skills Benefits Receive Above Award rates for your expertise.
