Senior Support Worker Job Description
This role involves managing a team of support workers and providing person-centered care to customers with diverse needs. The successful candidate will have experience in leadership, complex needs, hoisting, and managing challenging behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily activities, personal care, medication assistance, mealtime management, and recreational activities
* Implement therapy and positive behavior plans
* Apply PBSP strategies to promote customer well-being
* Ensure compliance and required documentation is completed accurately and on time
Requirements:
* High level of reliability and resilience for customers with diverse, complex needs
* NDIS Screening Clearance
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
* Current WA Class C Drivers License and own reliable car
