* Sourcing: use LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, social media, and online databases to find the best candidates for our team.
* Engaging: build relationships with potential candidates by crafting compelling job postings and creating an attractive employee value proposition (EVP).
A Day in the Life of a Recruitment Expert
* We are looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks at once such as screening applicants, interviewing suitable candidates using behavioral interview techniques etc., identifying areas where improvement is needed within current processes; making partnerships across departments including HR & senior leadership teams!
* To partner closely with stakeholders throughout every step from planning events/partnerships–to fostering networks globally
