About You
As a TAS Teacher (Timber), you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment.
You'll bring:
expertise in TAS: Timber, an additional teaching area in VET: Construction is advantageous
strong classroom management & student well-being focus
ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences
a tertiary qualification in Education & NESA accreditation
a commitment to the Catholic ethos of the College, the Catholic Church and the wellbeing of all community members
demonstrated knowledge and understanding of contemporary pedagogical practices
ability to create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students
a commitment to academic excellence
ability to utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress
excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being
ability to integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences
interpersonal skills with parents, students and staff.
