We're looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager who's ready to lead our brand into its next chapter.
You'll be responsible for crafting and executing integrated marketing strategies that increase visibility, drive in-store and online traffic and build lasting customer loyalty - all while staying true to our Worklocker DNA.
This is an in-office and hands-on role. We collaborate closely across support office, store teams and supplier partners to get the job done — with heart, hustle and a whole lot of passion
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
* Own and evolve the national marketing strategy in alignment with Worklocker's mission and business growth goals.
* Lead end-to-end planning of seasonal catalogues, promotions and product launches
* Analyse performance and customer insights to drive traffic, conversion and long-term value
Brand & Retail Marketing
* Champion consistent brand storytelling across stores, digital platforms, catalogues and signage
* Collaborate with merchandising and operations to drive integrated retail promotions
* Deliver supplier-funded marketing activations that add value to our customers and stores
Customer Loyalty & Engagement
* Drive the development and expansion of loyalty programs that reward, retain and recognise our customers
* Use data to personalise experiences and strengthen engagement
* Oversee communications, rewards and campaign performance
Digital & Social
* Manage digital channels including email, paid media, SEO/SEM and eComm
* Oversee our social media strategy, calendar, content and community management
* Track, measure and optimise campaign performance for maximum ROI
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years in retail marketing with a proven track record of leading promotions that drive results
* Experience in customer lifecycle marketing, loyalty programs and digital engagement
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail, shopper behaviour and supplier dynamics
* Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
* Proficiency in marketing platforms like Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM and Loyalty Tools
