Awesome in-park discounts — up to 40% off food and retail Be part of a tight-knit IT team solving real-world tech challenges Free parking — because your ride deserves a break too Your responsibilities will include: Maintain and support a Juniper-based network (100 switches) across a large campus and multisite environment Manage Palo Alto firewalls, site-to-site VPNs, and a fibre-optic backbone for secure, high-speed connectivity Oversee Ubiquiti Wi-Fi systems to ensure reliable coverage for staff and guests Contribute to network design, upgrades, and project rollouts Troubleshoot issues and work closely with internal teams and vendors What you'll bring: Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in IT/Networking 3 years' experience in a similar role within a complex enterprise setting Proficiency with Juniper switches, Palo Alto firewalls, and VPNs Strong problem-solving skills, with a calm, clear approach under pressure Excellent communication and customer service focus A team player who can mentor junior staff and foster collaboration Experience with Wi-Fi (Ubiquiti) and fibre networks highly valued Highly regarded: Certifications\: Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Juniper (JNCIA/JNCIS), Palo Alto (PCNSA/PCNSE) Experience with VMware, Windows Server, and AWS Understanding of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) in operational tech environments Diversity and Inclusion At Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint, we’re committed to creating an inclusive and accessible environment where everyone, guests and Team Members alike, feel valued and respected.
