About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Door Attendant to join our team. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding member experience and ensuring all club facilities and events run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet members and guests warmly and project a positive image at all times.
* Verify member sign-in and enforce regulations as necessary.
* Provide clear information about club facilities and upcoming events.
* Promote membership opportunities and process new memberships efficiently.
* Conduct identification checks for employees and contractors.
* Maintain a watchful eye on RSA legislation compliance.
* Liaise with security and management in cases of refusal of entry due to intoxication.
