We are seeking an experienced Senior RAM Engineer with relevant experience in RAM for rolling stock or other heavy maintenance industries. We specialise in the design, manufacture, and maintenance of rolling stock, and we are committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for the rail industry.The Senior RAM Engineer will support the overall RAM capability within the business across all aspects of a project life cycle following system engineering practices (business development, tenders, project and through‐life support). You will support the RAM team in ensuring that effective RAM systems and processes are utilised to deliver against business and project objectives.This position focuses on supporting the through‐life support business with the Rail and Transit Systems Division in areas of reliability growth assessment, reliability and availability monitoring, maintenance optimisation, and maintenance strategy.ResponsibilitiesReview failure data to develop reliability growth models, assess and monitor reliability and availability performance of various fleets.Reliability growth modelling for TLS fleets.Identify optimisation opportunities.Liaise with OEMs to discuss condition assessment and optimisation analysis.Optimise existing maintenance strategy for multiple fleets.Skills & KnowledgeMinimum degree qualification – Bachelor of Engineering (any discipline).At least 6 years of relevant experience of RAM in rolling stock or a similar heavy maintenance industry.Knowledge of relevant Australian and international RAM standards (e.g., EN 50126).FMECA/FMEA knowledge.Reliability predictions.What We OfferBe part of a market leader in rail and transit asset management.Work on cutting‐edge transport projects and innovative technologies.A workplace focused on Zero Harm; safety is at the core of everything we do.If you are interested in pursuing this opportunity with an ASX‐listed organisation, please submit your application via the link.
