With an increasing demand for more knowledgeable and informed assistance, our client is seeking a Junior Consultant to join and support the delivery of Facilities and Asset Management consulting commissions. Working as part of a team you will work across some complex asset portfolios including councils, PPP's, education, health and retail.
Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
* Undertaking visual assessments of properties to assist with asset register data collection, analysis, and guidance
* Provide informed FM strategic advisory and Public Private Partnership advisory
* Complement senior consultants on site with asset data information gathering and analysis
* Aid in lifecycle capital replacement modelling

Your Skillsets and Attributes

* A background in building surveying or property services Everyone with a background in building/ asset auditing welcome.

* A background in engineering, commerce, surveying, or existing FM knowledge beneficial
