As we cater to growing demand, we are seeking service-centric and luxury minded Full Time Guest Service Agent to deliver a high level of customer service and provide a seamless and memorable guest experience. Key Responsibilities As our Guest Service Agent you will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer/guest service that exceeds our guest's expectations. To maintain the highest level of Langham Standards and place us as a service leader. As our Guest Service Agent you will be providing courteous professional, efficient and intuitive service for Check In and Check Out of Hotel Guests ensuring and to build great memories for our guest and visitors. Qualifications & Skills To be successful in the role you will have been in the same or similar position and proven experience in customer service, be a good communicator and enjoy interacting with people.
