The ideal candidate will be an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, able to lead/supervise care on shifts and perform medicine-related tasks according to qualifications, state legislation, and policies.
1. Liaising with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
2. Providing expert guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional care.
3. Maintaining accurate records of patient progress, reporting any significant changes or concerns promptly.
