Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Maintaining a fleet of waste collection vehicles and equipmentSupervising and managing workshop and mechanical staffReportingStaff training and developmentAssisting in major and minor repairsManaging emergency breakdownsScheduled maintenanceThe ideal applicant will possess:Experience in managing staffA current heavy rigid truck driver's licenseFamiliarity with Quality Assurance & Occupational Health & SafetyGood communication and organizational skillsExperience in hydraulics, automotive electrics, or welding is advantageous but not essential.
