Leadership Opportunity for a Dedicated Educator
Green Leaves Early Learning seeks a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director to join our team. As a key member of the Centre Leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational vision and direction of our centre.
About the Role:
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about early childhood education and has a strong commitment to delivering high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and support a dedicated team of educators.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs that meet the needs of all children.
* Develop and implement educational strategies that promote child development and learning outcomes.
* Build and maintain relationships with families and the wider community to ensure effective partnerships and communication.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of all children.
* Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver professional development opportunities that enhance teaching and learning practices.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
* Current WA Working with Children's Check.
* Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates.
* Current WA Child Protection Training.
* Previous experience as an Assistant Director (preferred but not essential).
* Knowledge and experience with Qikkids and Storypark (or similar equivalent platforms).
* National Police Clearance and PRODA.
