Job Title: Automotive Parts Interpreter
This role involves providing technical product support and imparting knowledge to assist our customers.

About You:
* Emphasizes the importance of a safety mindset and contributing to a secure work environment
* Demonstrates hands-on experience with automotive parts or mechanics
* Exhibits strong customer service skills, preferably with some sales background
* Comfortable sharing knowledge and able to communicate complex concepts in both technical and non-technical terms
* A natural problem solver with a solutions-focused approach
* Familiarity with computer software applications
* A proactive team player who can also work independently
* Flexibility to work an agreed schedule and adapt to changing needs as required
* Holds a valid driver's license (manual preferred)
