We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team and deliver personalized care in line with individual care plans.
Key Responsibilities
Domestic & Personal Assistance: Housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, appointment management, and assistance with banking and bills.
Personal Care: Support with hygiene, mobility, medication management, continence care, and more for both low and high-needs clients.
Rehabilitation & Independent Living: Assist with rehabilitation activities, therapy, and customer transport as needed.
Care Planning & Reporting: Ensure accurate care plan delivery, report changes, and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Skills & Experience
Experience in personal care (low and high needs)
Strong communication skills and ability to work with elderly clients
Compassionate and respectful approach to elderly individuals
Ability to manage tasks efficiently and work independently
Qualifications
Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or related field
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Working with Children's Check
National Police Check
Valid driver's license and access to a fully insured vehicle
