Position Overview: Dajhe Inspirations Pty Ltd – Dajhe Inspirations is a regional QLD-based company delivering professional cleaning, maintenance, and specialised sanitation services with a commitment to quality and safety standards. As a Program or Project Administrator at Dajhe Inspirations Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for managing and delivering specialised service projects in line with client expectations. This position requires strong organisational and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
* Develop and implement project plans for professional cleaning, maintenance and specialised disinfection and sanitation services.
This includes defining project scope, objectives and deliverables in alignment with client expectations and organisational goals.
* Conduct physical inspections and site assessments to determine project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates.
* Oversee project implementation, ensuring scope, timelines and quality standards are maintained.
Monitor onsite work, coordinate with team leaders to supervise progress on different cleaning teams and provide guidance to ensure service quality and compliance with regulations.
* Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure adherence to workplace health and safety policies.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, environmental standards, and implement risk management strategies and maintain workplace safety records.
* Track project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions.
* Obtain client approval at project completion and address any concerns or feedback.
* Conduct final project inspections, ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and address post-service feedback, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
* Prepare proper documentation and record-keeping for all completed projects and report to management for project outcomes updating.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Relevant qualification.
* Minimum 3 year experience as a Program or Project Administrator
* Strong project planning and implementation skills
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Familiarity with health and safety compliance
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
