About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Site Manager to lead onsite operations at our Wodonga location. This is an excellent opportunity for a people-focused leader who thrives in hands-on roles.




Your Key Responsibilities:

• Support the wellbeing and engagement of workers, including onboarding, check-ins, performance discussions, and retention.
• Manage timesheets and payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate PALM Scheme worker mobilisation and onsite logistics.
• Assist with incident response, including transporting employees to clinics when required.
• Conduct VEVO checks and report as needed, Oversight, attendance client relations employee management maintaining productive positive safe environment
