As a Premier Banking Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with your clients, providing them with comprehensive banking services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards. This role involves managing customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, demonstrating HSBC values and behaviours, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. To be successful, you will need a proven track record in customer excellence gained in banking as a Client Relationship Manager, Officer or Executive, as well as relevant experience in personal lending products, including mortgage lending.
