Loader Operator Job
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience operating CAT 994 Loader in production mining operations, including loading at ROM.
The ideal candidate will possess strong mining operational skills and be able to demonstrate their ability to maintain pit floors and bunds in a mining production environment. They will also have a sound knowledge and understanding of ore mark ups and pit configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate machinery efficiently, safely, and competently to ensure maximum output
* Comply with policies and procedures
* Respond to instructions from Mining Supervisor
* Maintain floor levels, minimise dilution, and achieve design parameters within acceptable tolerances
* Maintain stockpiles, dumps, and haul roads to ensure flow in a safe and efficient manner
* Operate, drive, and move material as directed to prepare operating areas and roads
* Set and maintain high housekeeping standards
* Carry out pre-start checks

About You:
The successful candidate will have 3 years plus experience operating a CAT 994 Loader in a production mining operation, equivalent experience in Komatsu WA ****, Le Tourneau ****. They will also have a valid Australian drivers license.
