Skippers Aviation, a leading regional aviation operator, is seeking experienced B1 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (LAMEs) to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. We are offering full-time, permanent positions for line and base maintenance on C441, SA227, DHC8 100/300, and F100 aircraft. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct line and base maintenance on C441, SA227, DHC8 100/300, and F100 aircraft to ensure airworthiness and compliance.
* Adhere to regulatory requirements and company maintenance procedures.
* Collaborate with maintenance teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
* Maintain accurate and compliant maintenance documentation.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
* B1 License: Valid license for SA227, DHC8 100/300 and F100 aircraft.
* C Approval: Highly desirable.
* Safety and Quality Expertise: Strong knowledge of aviation safety, quality systems, and human factors.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of aviation best practices and compliance requirements.
* Trade Qualifications: Relevant trade certificates or qualifications.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
* Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
