About the role
We are seeking an experienced Concierge to join our team at National Facilities Management's prestigious site in Docklands, Victoria. We are seeking full-time and part-time staff for weekday and weekend roles, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our high-end facilities.
What you'll be doing
1. Greeting and assisting guests with a warm and professional manner
2. Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
3. Coordinating transportation, restaurant reservations, and other guest services
4. Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the local area, including attractions, events, and dining options
5. Ensuring the lobby and common areas are well-presented at all times
6. Providing a high level of customer service and contributing to a positive guest experience
7. Collaborating with other team members to ensure the effective operation of the facility
What we're looking for
1. Proven experience in a Concierge or similar customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry
2. A minimum of 1 year of concierge experience in a customer-facing or concierge role, preferably in a high-end hotel, residential or commercial setting
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
5. Familiarity with the local area and an understanding of high-end services and amenities
6. Proficiency in using various software and technology systems
7. A professional, polished, and courteous demeanor
8. A passion for providing exceptional customer service
9. Australian work rights are required for this position
10. Candidates must be able to pass security and background checks
