**THE CLIENT**:
Located North of Melbourne city, this General Practice has an opportunity which does not come up very often. This practice provides additional support for their management staff members with a supportive environment and continued career progression.
**THE ROLE**:
- Managing a team consisting of 5 GP's, 2 Nurses and 3 administration staff
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice
- Main duties will include rosters, training, stock orders, advertising, managing annual leave, and the management of your team
- Source and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and health providers

**ABOUT YOU**:
- Must have a minimum of 12 months experience as a **Practice Manager**:
- Previous General Practice experience is preferred, however not essential
- The ability to work collaboratively and lead a team
