This role supports governance functions across the LHN in line with policies, frameworks, and accreditation standards, which includes undertaking minor research projects, preparing executive and board-level reports, monitoring compliance with action plans, and collating evidence for accreditation and related requirements. As a key member of the FUNLHN Governance & Performance Directorate, the Executive Assistant ensures resources and information are accurate and current across both internal and public-facing platforms. The role also plays an important part in emergency management, including pandemic preparedness and response, contributing to the effective coordination of the LHN’s governance and performance functions. Experience in providing accurate and professional administrative services to Committees including minute taking, preparing agendas and other relevant material, and attending to relevant action items. Proven experience in establishing, reviewing, maintaining and improvement of systems, practices, and procedures. Experience in undertaking minor research projects, including the compilation of data and the preparation of high-level briefing documents and summary reports. Experience in the use of computing software to produce high quality documents and presentation materials.
