About the Role
Are you a detail-driven, organised, analytical, and motivated warehouse professional with strong SAP and inventory management experience?
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse SAP Process Administrator on a full-time basis, to play a key role in supporting warehouse and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, whilst driving accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Working closely with the Warehouse & Distribution Manager, you will help keep materials flowing, systems accurate, and operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Process inventory transactions in SAP, including scrapping, adjustments, GI processing, and stock counts.
* Maintain accurate ERP records and documentation in line with quality and audit requirements.
* Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and inventory variances.
* Conduct stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
* Action shipping and receiving activities in line with organisational quality standards.
* Coordinate transport bookings with external providers.
* Support forklift loading and unloading activities as required.
* Deliver materials to production in line with schedules.
* Follow approved manual handling, hazardous material handling, and storage procedures.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment.
* Report incidents, hazards, near misses, discrepancies, and variances in a timely manner.
* Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business.
* Assist the Warehouse & Distribution Manager with operational planning and improvements.
* Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and value.
* Participate in training, multi-skilling, job rotation, and OHS&E initiatives.
About You
* Previous experience as a Warehouse Operator in a manufacturing environment.
* Minimum 2 years' experience operating high reach forklift (MUST have valid LF licence).
* Extensive SAP IM/WM experience (highly desirable).
* Strong experience with RF inventory management systems.
* Proven ability in stock reconciliation, data entry, and administrative processing.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Certificate IV in Warehousing Operations or equivalent (advantageous).
* Physically fit and capable of safe manual handling and machinery operation.
* Available to commit to onsite attendance: 5-days, 38-hour workweek.
* Able to work with a collaborative and innovative team.
