Business Development Manager Role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with both customers and vendor partners.
Main Responsibilities:
* Management of sales targets and weekly sales forecasting.
* Engaging with internal stakeholders to drive successful customer outcomes.
* Analyzing key customer metrics to drive growth.
* Managing, developing, and growing assigned customers within the region.
* Developing strong and trusted business relationships with our customer and vendor partners.
* Achieving revenue and gross margin targets set each month by the business.
* Assisting with the execution of customer trading terms.
* Pro-active national account management, working with the customer to achieve their goals and metrics while focusing on our objectives.
Requirements:
* A strategic thinking mindset – forward thinking, strong influencing skills, and commercially sharp.
* Strong relationship-building skills with experience in account management within the consumer space.
* Confidence working across multiple customers and vendors with strong organizational skills.
* Solid understanding of financial and sales metrics.
* A willingness to continue growing and developing your own skill set amongst multiple customer segments.
