Pharmaceutical Hospital Pharmacist
This role is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced pharmacist to work in the clinical area of a hospital. The ideal candidate will possess prior hospital training and be capable of delivering medication advice and reviews on general medicine wards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering medication advice and reviews on general medicine wards
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
* Advising on complex regimes and medication safety
Working Conditions:
The working hours for this role will be Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:21 pm. An unpaid lunch break will also be required. The remuneration for this position is $70/hour + super, and return travel reimbursement up to $1,200 is available. On-site or off-site accommodation may be provided, including shared accommodation options in some cases. Vehicle access is available for personal errands such as grocery shopping.
About the Role:
This pharmacist will work with one pharmacy manager, one clinical pharmacist, and one pharmacy technician at Merlin Dispense. Knowledge of renal and indigenous health is highly regarded. Applicants must be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and be flexible in managing competing demands and shifting priorities.
