Responsibilities


• Engage with local merchants to understand their current operations and actual needs. Based on consumer demand, select or design marketing and operational solutions tailored to the merchants, negotiate and secure cooperation agreements to help increase their transaction volume.


• Independently achieve performance targets by aligning with the company's market strategy, policies, and marketing campaigns.


• Formulate strategic directions through data analysis based on market conditions and client feedback, continuously enhancing the value of cooperation with merchants and driving mutual success for both the merchants and the platform.


• Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing merchants, building stable, high-value partnerships that lead to long-term repeat business.


• Collaborate with internal departments to address market feedback promptly, assist in improving operational efficiency, and enhance overall user satisfaction.


Requirements


• Over 3 years of sales experience with strong execution skills; honest, trustworthy, and reliable.


• More than 2 years of frontline team management experience, with proven cases of leading sales, merchant acquisition, or operations teams to achieve goals.


• Candidates with experience in sales, merchant acquisition, field marketing, or operations management in industries such as food & beverage, POS systems, or local service platforms (e.g., Meituan, Ele.me, Douyin Local Services) are preferred.


• Well-versed in the local market and skilled at identifying customer needs, with strong insight into new trends and innovations.


• Passionate about sales, driven by challenges, optimistic, and highly motivated with a strong desire for success and personal growth.


• Demonstrates strong learning ability and adaptability, capable of thriving in the fast-paced internet industry; energetic and able to perform under high pressure.


• Excellent interpersonal and logical thinking skills; able to clearly articulate product advantages, understand customer psychology, and effectively leverage internal and external resources to drive sales performance.


• Possesses strong passion and a spirit of innovation, pursuing a win-win situation for both personal career development and company growth.


• Candidates with experience in mobile internet sales, familiarity with the supply chain industry, or a background in key account sales are preferred.Additional information
