We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Optical Dispenser / Practice Manager to join our growing team across the Hunter region, primarily based in Port Stephens.
For over 20 years, we have proudly cared for our communities through our independent optical practices located throughout Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, and the Hunter Valley. Our team is made up of passionate, qualified Optical Dispensers and Optometrists who genuinely value patient care, professionalism, and teamwork.
About the Role
This is a hands‐on role combining advanced optical dispensing with practice leadership responsibilities, including:
* Delivering exceptional patient care and eyewear styling
* Advanced lens and frame dispensing
* Supporting and leading a collaborative team
* Assisting with day‐to‐day practice operations
* Maintaining a premium patient experience
* Working across multiple practice locations when required
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Optical Dispenser or 5+ years optical industry experience
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
* A passion for independent optical and personalised patient care
* Reliable, organised, and team‐oriented attitude
