We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our irrigation team in the Costa Berry category. This role is ideal for someone seeking long-term, ongoing work. About the Opportunity In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting irrigation infrastructure to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably. Your duties will include: Carrying out preventative maintenance in line with scheduled programs Diagnosing and repairing irrigation equipment including pumps, generators, valves, and electronic components Maintaining and servicing filtration systems Liaising with contractors to assist with fault finding and repair work Troubleshooting and repairing low-voltage electrical faults within automated irrigation systems About You We are looking for a practical and reliable individual with strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will have: The physical capability to perform manual tasks and availability to work outside normal hours in emergency situations A current driver’s licence Experience using hand tools and mechanical equipment Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with a mechanical mindset Low-voltage electrical experience and the ability to use a multimeter Experience operating pump systems and diesel generators Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to work with minimal supervision or collaboratively within a team Previous experience in a similar role or relevant trade qualifications are preferred.
