Specialist SAP Advisor
We are currently seeking a Specialist SAP Advisor to join our Business Systems team based in our office at Milton.

We are currently seeking a Specialist SAP Advisor to join our Business Systems team based in our office at Milton.
Reporting to the Principal SAP Advisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the IT Service delivery of SAP Support and SAP Projects. A program of works is being developed and the successful applicant will be responsible for delivering the system improvements with the responsible departments. This role requires a high degree of process knowledge, stakeholder management, engagement skills and ability to get into the technical details. The right candidate will have a strong drive to learn both Golding's business and SAP technologies (SAP ECC and SAP BTP).
Experience working in a project-based environment will be highly regarded. Golding offers flexible working arrangements with the option to work from home 1-2 days a week or as agreed with your Manager.
Key role tasks:
* Identify and implement improvements to the ERP system and SAP BTP platform to optimize processes relating to Procurement to Pay, Warehousing and Plant Maintenance
* Work closely with Golding's AMS provider to perform ongoing support and maintenance for the ERP system, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
* Manage the successful delivery of system improvements and general support using Golding's external IT service providers
* Partner with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth ongoing delivery of IT Services relating to Procurement, Warehousing and Plant Maintenance
* Manage risk to the business processes and the ERP system by ensuring all changes are well tested and documented
The successful candidate will have:
* Demonstrated experience in ERP systems with expertise in Procurement to Pay, Warehousing or Plant Maintenance processes.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in similar IT roles.
* Experience in the Mining, Construction or similar heavy industries would be highly regarded but is not mandatory
* Experience with SAP ECC 6 or S/4 HANA. Experience with similar systems would be considered for the right applicant.
* SAP BTP experience would be highly regarded
* Excellent communication skills with an ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Proactive and collaborative approach, capable of working independently and in a team.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
* Qualifications in Information Technology (minimum Bachelor Degree) and;
* Relevant SAP certifications or system configuration experience would be highly regarded
