ABOUT THE ROLE
LOCATION: Kilcoy, QLD
Manage optimal sales and operational planning activities to meet organisational targets for the KPC site whilst ensuring the efficient and effective purchase and utilisation of consumables whilst emphasising quality, workplace health and safety, food/hygiene safety, AQIS and other required legislative compliance.
* Manage optimal sales and operational planning activities to meet organisational targets for the KPC site whilst ensuring the efficient and effective purchase and utilisation of consumables whilst emphasising quality, workplace health and safety, food/hygiene safety, AQIS and other required legislative compliance.
* Execute a 21-day production plan across all cattle types at the KPC site, ensuring visibility for Customer Service, Sales, and Logistics while supporting key KPIs.
* Act as the key link between Sales and Operations, driving effective decisions and resolving complex issues in a timely manner.
* Develop and maintain weekly master plans that are achievable and aligned with operational capacity and customer requirements.
* Manage daily plan reconciliation, monitoring production output, stock levels, and updated customer orders.
* Coordinate daily with Demand Planning, Logistics, and Sales to identify issues early and implement proactive solutions.
ABOUT YOU
Experience / Qualifications Required
* 3+ year experience in Production planning
* Demonstrated experienced within the FMCG or Meat Industries.
* Demonstrated ability to identify root causes and problem solve.
* Proven experience in high pressure environments and ability to succeed.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
