About the Role
As Store Manager you will motivate and inspire a large team, improve their capability through coaching, and empower leaders and store team members by leading by example.
Responsibilities
* Build a strong succession pipeline for store/area/region.
* Plan and respond to ensure a safe and compliant store environment.
* Use data & insights to drive decision‐making on team, customer and performance metrics.
Qualifications
* Purpose‐led leader with emphasis on care and belonging.
* Strong planning capability and ability to embed structured processes.
* Availability for a flexible roster, including evenings and nights up to 7 days a week.
