Your Role*
The Broker Administration role is responsible for a number of administrative and member fulfilment activities in support of the wider Broker Channel.
Primary duties are to effectively and efficiently on-board new Brokers to the channel and maintain an up to date data base of Broker critical information. Other broker channel related duties such as Broker audits and Broker payment reviews form part of this role in supporting the Head of Broker Channel.
This role is also considered a succession planning role within the Broker Channel with a view to progress to Broker Support Officer and then Broker Support Manager should the incumbent be successful in the role.

Main responsibilities but not limited to: *
**.** Broker Accreditation/maintenance: Source accreditation documents, Broker e-learning maintenance
- Member on boarding: Open new memberships
- Broker Audits: Check accreditation documents
- Insurance Sales: Secure General Insurance sales through loan opportunities (Mortgage and Consumer loans)
- Personal loan processing and funding
- Ad hoc administrative duties

About You*
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Preferred knowledge of Demi system
- Basic credit knowledge**.**:
- Attention to detail to support compliance and financial outcomes
- Member fulfilment experience (General Insurance and product knowledge)
- Previous knowledge working with brokers/aggregators
- Communication skills to support a remote work environment
- Tier 2 - Deposit products and General Insurance (Essential)
- Cert III or Cert IV in financial services (Essential)
- Certificate in Credit Management
