Key Responsibilities
* Support the sales process by building proposal decks and media schedules
* Manage inventory and ensure availability reporting is accurate
* Generate data insights reports from relevant platforms
* Coordinate contract and campaign generation through internal systems
* Oversee client artwork delivery and mid-post campaign support
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in administration, preferably with marketing/media/advertising background
* Strong understanding of media sales and ability to liaise with internal departments
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with proficiency in CRM, Project Systems, and Microsoft Office & Outlook Suite
