**ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST**

You will be working for

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
Polished and proactive, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Extensive **diary management**:
- Managing meetings and follow-up on action points
- **Project management on ad-hoc basis**:
- Preparing highly confidential documents, proposals and reports
- **Liaising with clients**:
- Assisting with filing, mails, reception duties as required
- Supporting the team with Bookkeeping, ATO Lodgment and ASIC Compliance
**ABOUT YOU**
**well-presented, professional, articulate** and driven with a tenacity and dedication to your Executive Assistant career.
**Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.**

**Stable work history** is a requirement for this role.
**Advanced MS Office** skills is essential.
**MYOB and XERO skills desirable.**
This is a
