The Opportunity
You'll shape how our products look, feel, and work for users. This hybrid role involves leading a small team and working hands-on in one of our product squads.
You'll define design direction, create excellent user experiences, and work closely with product, engineering, and other teams to bring great ideas to life. You'll also foster a positive team culture that values quality, learning, and collaboration.
* Set product design strategy aligning with goals and user needs
* Work with product leads and stakeholders to shape projects and plan design work
* Manage and support product designers, providing feedback and coaching
* Guide your squad's design work, creating clear, user-first designs like wireframes, prototypes, and UI
* Lead user research to inform design decisions and guide broader product strategy
* Maintain and improve our design system for consistency, scalability, and branding
* Drive high design standards through regular feedback, reviews, and ways of working
* Share knowledge and champion design across our organization, collaborating with other design leaders
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to stay ahead
