What you'll be doing
Overseeing all daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.

What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, ideally within the fashion, accessories or luxury goods industry.
Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve sales and operational targets.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide an outstanding shopping experience.
Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
Passion for fashion and a keen eye for visual merchandising and store presentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
