Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Officer to join our team. As a key member of the Finance Department, you will play a vital role in supporting the organisation's financial operations.
The successful candidate will have strong skills in financial accounting software, Microsoft Office, and Excel, with experience in a similar financial role and/or qualifications in Finance, Business or Commerce.
* Input and analyse financial data across systems such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Banking, Budget Management, Project Management and Asset Management.
* Undertake accounts payable and procurement functions.
* Assist with billing and accounts receivable.
* Support reconciliations, internal audits, cash flow monitoring and investments.
* Help prepare workpapers, reconciliations and information for Annual Financial Statements and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Strong skills in financial accounting software, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
* Experience in a similar financial role and/or qualifications in Finance, Business or Commerce.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
