Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist Role
This opportunity exists for a Health Practitioner to perform clinical support activities and develop 'on the job' skills while engaged in formal studies necessary to acquire the relevant entry-level qualification.
The role involves working with a professional team and being flexible with clinical shifts. Clinical tasks will be performed under supervision, and there may be opportunities for expanded hours during holiday periods.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete all academic requirements of your tertiary study while employed as a Health Practitioner-Trainee.
* Work within a scope of practice commensurate with the level of knowledge and skill development of current tertiary studies.
* Perform defined ranges of clinical assessment and treatment tasks under delegation from supervising allied health professionals.
* Initiate changes to treatment programs using results from standardised assessments, decision support tools, and clinical pathways.
Salary Information:
Remuneration rates: $38.07 - $44.78 per hour (HP1). Casual positions are available, and applications will remain current for 12 months.
