The Role

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to play a vital role in providing exceptional clinical care and medical oversight for our residents. From the moment a client arrives, you'll be instrumental in ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and recovery.
The Day-to-Day
As a Registered Nurse at Palladium Private, you will:
* Be the first point of medical care—supporting clients through admissions, assessments, and ongoing treatment
* Monitor and oversee health treatment plans, medication management, and risk escalation
* Work alongside a passionate multidisciplinary team, collaborating to provide exceptional care
* Be a pillar of support—helping clients feel safe, comfortable, and empowered in their recovery journey

The Successful Candidate Will Have
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Experience in mental health, AOD nursing, or similar fields
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
* The ability to assess, identify, and respond to clinical risks
* A calm, compassionate, and adaptable approach in a dynamic environment
* CPR certification and a current driver's license
