Looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to join a well-established aged care provider south of the river, Perth, on a permanent full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about driving quality care outcomes, mentoring clinical teams, and elevating clinical practice standards within a residential aged care environment. The Role: Reporting to senior leadership, you will provide clinical oversight and leadership across the facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards. You will lead and mentor the clinical team, including a dedicated Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Carers who reports directly into the role, with a key focus on strengthening clinical capability, improving care outcomes, and fostering a culture of excellence.
