You will deliver high-level clinical services in correctional centres, managing complex assessments and interventions to support wellbeing and safety.
Responsibilities
- Applying behaviour change models, developing and/or reviewing behavioural support management plans
- Providing clinical supervision and mentorship to promote a supportive environment while developing critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills within the team
- Being accountable for your own professional development, maintaining clinical practice knowledge and expertise through active learning within the team and by engaging in career development activities
- Operating independently to provide advice, undertake clinical consultations, and problem solve diverse and often complicated situations
