The Role:Big W, one of Australia's most cherished brands, is preparing for a joyous Christmas season and has exciting Christmas Casual roles available within their Big W department We're looking for enthusiastic Customer Service professionals to help spread festive cheer in our Mascot office.
In this role, you will:
* Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat messages with a warm, friendly touch.
* Assist new and existing customers with Big W inquiries, ensuring they enjoy a smooth and merry shopping experience.
* Bring your creativity and lateral thinking to navigate multiple platforms with ease.
Position Details:
* Type: Casual role - short term assignment (until the end of December).
* Hours: Shifts are provided between Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
* Location:Onsite at Mascot office - 10 min walk from Mascot train station, onsite parking and a free shuttle bus.
* Note: You won't need to work on Christmas Day or New Year's Day
