Central Highlands Rural Health is currently accepting applications for a Nurse Educator to join the Learning & Development team on a part-time, fixed-term 12-month parental leave cover position .
We are seeking candidates with the following:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in an acute hospital setting
* Keen to work within a team environment
* A passion for supporting learners at all levels, including staff, graduates, and students
* Experience in assisting with the orientation of undergraduate, graduate, and newly appointed or less experienced nurses
* Ability to conduct assessments of undergraduate students as required
* Hold or be working towards a Certificate IV (TAE40110) in Training and Assessment
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently
Details of Appointment:
* Part-time fixed-term, 12 months parental leave cover until 20 July 2026
* Working 64 hours per fortnight based at Kyneton and Trentham campuses
* Days of work negotiable
Salary: RN35 - Educator $62.20 per hour, superannuation, access to salary packaging.
