The Bar Supervisor is a key role within our establishment, responsible for overseeing daily bar operations.
Responsibilities:
* Oversight of Bar Staff and Shift Schedules
* Delivery of Exceptional Guest Service Standards
* Ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the bar area meets high standards.
* Compliance with Health, Safety, and Licensing Regulations
* Bartending and coffee-making duties are also an integral part of this role.
* Educating Guests on Premium Coffees and Teas
This position requires strong leadership skills to manage and motivate staff, as well as excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional guest service.

* A proven track record of supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
