The Opportunity

This is a diverse position designed for a multitasker. You will be the engine room of our office, ensuring everything from council submissions to contract preparation runs like clockwork. While your primary focus is administration and reception, we will provide full training in our sales systems, allowing you to provide vital backup to our sales team and grow your career as your strengths emerge.

What You'll Be Doing
* Office Backbone: Manage reception and be the welcoming face and voice of G.J. Gardner Sapphire Coast.
* Workflow Coordination: Handle council submissions, contract preparation, and general administrative support to keep projects moving.
* Sales Support: Train alongside our successful sales team to assist with inquiries and provide backup when needed.
* Clear Communication: Act as a vital link between clients, our internal team and external stakeholders.
