They are currently looking to appoint a Senior Estimator to work within their Estimating team in the Brisbane office reporting through to their Director. Typical project ranges are $5m to $40m. Role: The Senior Estimator has the following specific areas of responsibility Be proficient in Estimating software - Currently using Bluebeam and Buildsoft but happy to implement a new software Assess project details and manage client expectations Work closely with operational team members on tender programs and buildability. Prepare subcontractor packages, the bill of quantities and support with the tender submissions. Conduct post tender negotiations Prepare contract and costing documentation for the construction teams.
